If you want to cancel your recently placed order, you may do so without penalty as long as your order has not already shipped. Once the item has left our warehouse you will need to follow the return process as outlined below.
If you need to cancel education or services from Exthand Shears, you must do so in writing no later than 30 days prior to the start date and time of the services. If the services are on a recurring or ongoing nature, services already rendered are not eligible for a refund but future services either not scheduled for delivery or further than 30 days in the future will incur no ongoing charge, unless otherwise agreed.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item:
- must be in the original packaging.

All returns need to be first reported to email@example.com and shipping instructions will be provided to return the item.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs
